Rutila, Seibt & Nash, PLLC Welcomes Mr. Booker T. Evans, Jr. to the Firm as an Of Counsel Attorney

Rutila, Seibt & Nash, PLLC is pleased to announce Mr. Booker T. Evans, Jr., a prominent white collar criminal defense attorney and commercial litigator has joined the Firm as an Of Counsel attorney. Mr. Evans Jr. brings with him more than 40 years of experience defending multimillion-dollar cases for businesses and individuals.

Mr. Evans was Chief Deputy District Attorney in Las Vegas and an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Nevada and Arizona before entering private practice. He currently serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court.

“Booker is not only an outstanding attorney and gentleman, but he has served as a mentor of mine for my entire career,” said Ms. Alexandra Mijares-Nash, a founding partner of Rutila, Seibt & Nash. “He has been a leader in the Arizona and Nevada legal communities for almost four decades and we can’t wait for him to bring his penchant for high-level critical analysis and legal problem solving to our firm and our clients. Mr. Evans’ experience includes trying cases involving real estate holding companies, copyright and trademark infringement, criminal bankruptcy fraud, tax evasion and civil forfeiture. He is also well regarded for his work in white collar criminal defense, product liability, insurance matters, RICO cases, and health law. Mr. Evans’ experience also includes the handling of post-conviction matters involving the federal courts and their sentencing guidelines

Mr. Evans has previously Co-Chaired the 2015 Arizona State Bar Convention and is the co-founder of the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and Nevada. 

Mr. Evans joins Rutila, Seibt & Nash and its litigators who routinely represent clients in large and complex civil and criminal cases. The firm’s lawyers are licensed in Arizona, California, Wyoming and, now, Nevada.
